Barwic Babies
When a member of our community reached out for support after the birth of her child, we were deeply moved—and also surprised—to find there were so few local mother and baby groups available.
Inspired to make a difference, we teamed up with a valued member of the Barwic team to launch Barwic Babies in the summer of 2024. Led by the wonderful Miss Kat Dungey, who generously volunteers her time, our group meets every two weeks to offer a caring, relaxed space for mums and their little ones.
These friendly sessions are all about connection—sharing the ups and downs of parenthood, finding encouragement, and building new friendships. And starting in Spring 2025, we were excited to enhance these gatherings with a baby weighing service, kindly provided by our local healthcare partners.
