Spring term

What a chilly start to the Spring term it has been. The ever changing weather has inspired our play in so many wonderful ways and we have had the best time embracing the beautiful world around us. We have had hail stone, frost and snow which we found very exciting! Nothing beats throwing our coats on and running outside the welcome the swirling, whirling snowstorms!

We decided to bring the outdoors indoors and prepared our own ice to explore in the tuff tray. We added different scents to the ice to make it all extra exciting. This turned into a brilliant fine motor opportunity for us all as we used different tools/resources to use in the ice.

We have loved exploring our story of the week 'The Gruffalo's Child' by Julia Donaldson.
