Unforeseen School Closure

As you are already aware, all schools nationally had to close in March to all except keyworker children. Since the 1st June, we have been able to offer small bubbles for children for 2 days a week in Early Years. Currently there are places still available in Nursery and Reception, should you wish for your child to join. Please contact the school office for more information.

We are immensely proud of all the children and just how far they have come already since joining us in September. We are so sad that we all missed out on seeing all our children grow over the last few months, however, we have been keeping in touch daily through our private Facebook groups "Barwic Sparkles" for Nursery and "Barwic Rainbows and Stars" for Reception children and their families.

Although this has been an unprecedented, difficult time for everyone, we are really pleased to see and hear how you have embraced this additional family time together, choosing to make the most of it, create positive memories and take the time to do things together that you normally wouldn’t.  As we all know, If you maintain calm around the children, then they will feel loved, safe and secure.

We will continue to keep in touch with you all through Facebook groups, Marvellous Me updates and our website, along with providing lots of ideas of things you can do together at home. You can keep in touch via our school e-mails. We would love to hear from you all and are here for you all.

Sending positive vibes and love to you all !

Be safe. We’ve got this!

Love from Mrs Ayed, Mr Eke, Miss Chapman, Mr Snowdon, Mrs Waring and Miss Birdsall x x x heart
